OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. - Roberts Wesleyan men's lacrosse suffered a 24-9 setback to No. 6 NYIT Saturday afternoon in an East Coast Conference road game.
Matt Benedict was a bright spot for the Redhawks, scoring five goals while assisting on two more.
Turning PointTrailing 3-2 with 7:27 remaining in the first quarter, the Redhawks saw NYIT reel off seven straight goals to turn the game upside down.
Individual Leaders- Benedict had a hand in seven of the nine goals for Roberts Wesleyan as he now has 15 goals on the year.

Adam Doviak paced the Redhawks with two caused turnovers while
Seth Miller won 13 of 22 face-offs.
- Goalkeeper
Keith Keehn took the loss after making nine saves over the first 40 minutes. In relief,
Colton Englert made two more saves.
