Elkins, W.Va. – The Roberts Wesleyan men's lacrosse team picked up their third win of the season with a 13-5 win against Davis & Elkins College on Thursday evening.
 
The Redhawks defense stood strong in the second and third quarters not allowing a goal for the Senators. Roberts' offense took advantage and netted seven straight goals over that time span with current East Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week, Alex Bianchi scoring three of those goals.
 
Roberts outshot the Senators 51-22 in the game with 29 shots on goal. The Redhawks also dominated in the face offs winning 16 compared to six by the opponent.
 
Freshman AJ Hemms dished out five assists in the game to lead the Redhawks in that department.
 
Roberts Wesleyan (3-1) prepare for their home opener against the No. 1 ranked team in the country, Le Moyne Dolphins. The game is slated for 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1.
