Rochester, N.Y. - The Roberts Wesleyan men's lacrosse team rolled past the Dominican College Chargers 7-4 on Saturday afternoon.

Adam Doviak scored the game winner in the fourth quarter with 3:22 left in the game on an unassisted goal to give the Redhawks a 5-4 advantage.

Roberts saw deficit in the first period as Kevin Mayer of the Chargers opened up the scoring at the 12:16 minute mark with Ryan Wiberly adding another at the 6:41 mark to double the lead at 2-0 in favor of the visitors. Sophomore
Alex Bianchi was able to get the Redhawks on the board with 19 seconds left in the first quarter.

In the second quarter, sophomore Corey Menzies tied the game with 58 seconds left to make the score 2-2.

In the third period the Chargers put two goals away, but freshman
AJ Hemms also netted a goal to cut the deficit to one going into the final period or play. Hemms scored two goals on the day.

The Redhawks dominated the final period, scoring all four goals of the quarter to seal the victory.
Brady Martin's goal tied things up at 4-4 before Doviak's game winner.
Brady Bermingham and Hemms added the late game insurance goals.

The Redhawks improve their record to 4-2 and are scheduled to take on St. Thomas Aquinas next Saturday at 1 p.m.
