AMHERST, N.Y. – Thruway rival Daemen was too much for the Roberts Wesleyan women's volleyball team to handle on Wednesday night as the Redhawks dropped the match 3-0 to the Wildcats.
 
Anna Vorderbrueggen had five kills to lead the Redhawks. On defense it was Anastasia Smith with five blocks and Rachel Holmes coming up with 15 digs.
 
Daemen had kills from nine different players and combined for a .289 hitting percentage.
 
Roberts is back at home this weekend October 19th as they take on Saint Anselm College. The match is set for 1 p.m.
