ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The visiting University of Bridgeport took down Roberts Wesleyan, 3-0 in women's volleyball action on Saturday afternoon in the Voller Athletic Center.
 
The Purple Knights held off the Redhawks with efficient offense including 35 kills on 81 attempts (.321%). Roberts had a tough day hitting the ball with more errors than kills, totaling 18 kills and 21 errors.
 
Anastasia Smith led the team with six kills. Rachel Holmes closed in on her 1,000 career digs with 12 in the game. She is now just 10 away from her milestone.
 
Roberts will play the final game of the 2019 season next Saturday at home against Daemen.
