Box Score WORCESTER, Mass. – Junior attack Gunner MacMillan scored five goals in the Roberts Wesleyan University men's lacrosse team's 15-12 non-conference loss to Assumption University on Friday.
Roberts (3-3) took a 9-6 lead on MacMillan's fifth goal with 12:43 to play in the third quarter, but the Greyhounds rallied for the victory.
Senior Jordon Deats also contributed five points on two goals and three assists for Roberts. Junior midfielder Jacob Zimmerman added two goals, two assists and four ground balls for the Redhawks while Colton Ugine, Matt Walsh and Dan Doviak each scored one goal.
Sophomore Garrett Kayser made 11 saves and sophomore Isaac Marrero went 15-for-30 on face offs.
The Redhawks return to action at 4 p.m. on Tuesday to host The College of Saint Rose in a non-conference game.
