Hagen's Goal Earns Tie For Redhawks

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y. – Sophomore forward Mackenzie Hagen scored in her third straight match as the Roberts Wesleyan University women's soccer team tied Molloy 1-1 in an East Coast Conference game on Saturday.

Hagen converted an assist from senior Kara Choate for her team-leading sixth goal of the season in the 57th minute to level the game for the Redhawks (5-3-3,2-1-1), who are unbeaten in their last three matches.

Sophomore Mia Tyndell made one save for Roberts, which held a 7-2 advantage in shots on goal.

Molloy scored in the 36th minute to take a 1-0 lead.

The Redhawks will host Mercy in an ECC match at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
