FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University women's volleyball team displayed resilience on Sunday while rallying for a five-set victory over Queens College in an East Coast Conference match.
The Redhawks (2-15, 2-2 ECC) outscored the Knights 40-14 in the final two sets after falling behind 2-1. Set scores were 16-25, 25-20, 24-26, 25-18, 15-6.
"This was a very team-oriented win," Roberts coach
Andy Braun said. "We got contributions from everyone."
Camryn Karelus led the Redhawks' with 16 kills while
Rachel Dixon added a career-high 13,
Olivia Price recorded 12 and
Ryan Hull contributed a career-best 11.
Freshman
Sierra George set a career-high with 44 assists and also notched 10 digs and 4 aces.
Morgan Burnett finished with 11 digs and four aces.

Alexis Kessler set a new career mark with 26 digs.
The Redhawks will host D'Youville in an ECC match at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Voller Athletic Center.
