Redhawks Sweep Past STAC In ECC Match

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University women's volleyball team swept Saint Thomas Aquinas College in an East Coast Conference match Sunday afternoon in the Voller Athletic Center.

Morgan Verbridge led the Redhawks (1-13, 1-1 ECC) with six blocks. Rachel Dixon and Ryan Hull each added five blocks in the 25-18, 25-13, 25-19 victory.

Freshman Sierra George set for 23 assists and Camryn Karelus totaled 12 kills. Morgan Burnett contributed 13 digs and freshman Alexis Kessler served four aces and collected 12 digs. Julia Dufkova added eight digs.

The Redhawks will play a non-conference match at American International College on Oct. 5.
