Redhawks Fall In Close Match At Maryland Eastern Shore

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – The Roberts Wesleyan University men's volleyball team held a two-point lead midway through the third set, but the University of Maryland Eastern Shore staged a late rally to complete a 25-19, 25-23, 25-23 sweep of the visiting Redhawks on Wednesday night.

Freshmen Jayce Moore and Jordan Hoover both finished with eight kills and Landon Brouwer set for 25 assists for the Redhawks (8-7). Ryan DeJohn contributed six digs.

The same two teams will meet again at noon on Thursday.
