ROCHESTER, NY – Freshman Jayce Moore led the Roberts Wesleyan University Men's Volleyball team with 12 kills and a .524 attack percentage as the Redhawks scored a 3-0 victory over Dominican University in an East Coast Conference (ECC) match Saturday at the Voller Athletic Center.

The win for Roberts (14-10 overall, 2-1 ECC) ran its record to 7-1 in home matches this season.

The Redhawks won the first two sets 25-17 and 25-18 before Dominican (5-15, 1-2 ECC) challenged late in the third set before Roberts finished off a 28-26 win to claim the sweep.

Moore recorded a pair of kills and served a five-point rally midway through the first set to lead the Redhawks to the early 1-0 lead. In the second set, the freshman added three more kills including back-to-back kills to give the Redhawks an 11-7 lead.

In the third set, Moore helped Roberts rally late with three kills and a block in the final six points of the set.
