FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University women's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season on Saturday afternoon, ending an 18-match unbeaten streak dating back to last season.
Queens College scored three times in the second half to defeat the Redhawks 3-0 in the East Coast Conference opener for both teams.

Rebecca Hoffman made eight saves for Roberts (4-3-1).
The Redhawks dominated possession time early in the match and nearly took a 1-0 lead midway through the first half when a quality strike by senior
Jenna Northup hit the goal post.
Roberts' last loss prior to Saturday occurred on Oct. 1, 2025, against Daemen.
The Redhawks host Gannon in a non-conference match at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
