Emanuel Rauchle Leads Men's Tennis Past Post

The senior was a double-winner in the final home match of his career

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (April 14, 2015) – In the final home match of his career, senior Emanuel Rauchle won twice to lead Roberts Wesleyan past Post this afternoon, 6-3.

Rauchle was able to get past the Eagles' Peter Fanous 6-1, 7-6 at third singles after teaming up with Rene Torti at third singles to defeat Alejandro Perez and Jonathyn Young, 8-4.  With the wins, Rauchle improved to 9-9 in singles action and 10-8 in doubles.

At fifth singles, Dustin Eshleman got past David Narovec  6-3, 6-3 to earn his eighth singles win of the year.

Overall, Roberts Wesleyan improved to 10-8 with the victory as they resume East Coast Conference play this coming weekend. On Friday, the Redhawks visit the league-leaders, NYIT, before taking on Dowling on Saturday.
