COLONIA, NJ – Graduate student Malik Brooks led the Roberts Wesleyan University Men's Basketball team in scoring in each game last week and has been recognized by the East Coast Conference (ECC) with selection to the ECC Weekly Honor Roll.

Brooks led Roberts Wesleyan to a 1-1 week including a 97-88 win over Lock Haven in the home opener for the Redhawks. He scored 33 points and added nine rebounds for the week with a high of 18 against Lock Haven Saturday. His 18 points led six players into double-digit scoring in the well-balanced attack for the Redhawks. He leads Roberts with nearly 20 points per game in 2024-25.

The Redhawks continue play this weekend with a home game against Saint Michael's College at 3 p.m. Saturday in the second game of a basketball doubleheader with the Roberts Women's Basketball team facing Lake Erie College at 1 p.m. at the Voller Athletic Center.
