GREENWOOD, IN – Senior Benjamin Lazcano Barros and juniors Luke Hanes and Eric Jewson of the Roberts Wesleyan University Men's Soccer team have been selected as College Sports Communicators (CSC and formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honorees for the 2024 Fall season.

The academic award requires a minimum amount of playing time as well as at least a 3.40 overall grade points average. The student-athletes are nominated by and voted on by Sports Information Directors from each participating college or university.

The trio of Roberts players led the team to a 9-6-1 regular season record, a spot in the East Coast Conference (ECC) Tournament and the No. 4 seed in the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Tournament in Florida.
