ROCHESTER, NY – The Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Soccer team capped the regular season Saturday with a win over Queens College on the road and earned the No. 3 seed in the upcoming East Coast Conference (ECC) Tournament.
The Redhawks (8-3-4 overall, 4-1-2 ECC) earned the right to host one of the two first round matches in the tournament and will face No. 6 D'Youville University at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 6 at Roberts Stadium.
The winner advances to play No. 2 Molloy University at 2 p.m. Sunday in Rockville, Center, NY.
Roberts is seeking its first ECC Championship since joining the conference in 2012. The Redhawks finished second in the 2015 Tournament and Molloy has won four of the last five titles.
