AKRON, OH – Sophomore Karis Kraf placed third overall to lead the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Track and Field team with pole vaulters competing at the Akron Haynes Lancaster Open Friday afternoon at the University of Akron.

Kraf cleared the 4.0-meter (13' 1 ½") bar to take third place overall as a pair of jumpers hit personal best jumps to move ahead of Kraf.

Sophomore Kennedy Benjamins was sixth overall and the second Redhawks finisher as she hit a personal best height of 3.8 meters (12' 5 ½") while freshman Natalie Murry was tied for seventh place overall with a PR vault of 3.65 meters (11' 11 ¾"). Sophomore Sarah Ouelette was 10th overall as she recorded a season-best effort of 3.5 meters (11' 5 ¾").
