COLONIA, NJ – Juniors Abigail Barnard and Rebecca Spry led the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Bowling team to a fifth-place finish at last week's Hilbert Hammer Classic and both have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) weekly honor roll.

At the Hilbert Hammer Classic, Barnard averaged 18.82 per frame in team games with an 86.0% overall fill rate, converting 77.4% of her spares and striking on 38.0% of attempts. In baker games, she averaged 18.89 per frame with an 87.5% overall fill rate, converting 80.6% of her spares and striking on 35.4% of attempts. She also made the All‑Tournament Team, placing 5th out of 61 competitors.

Spry had a great showing on day two of the Hilbert Hammer Classic in the baker event. She led the team in overall performance, averaging 19.33 per frame, converting 80.6% of her spares, and striking on 35.4% of her attempts.

The bowling team is on a break until after the holidays when the schedule resumes Northeast Classic in Delaware.
