BROCKPORT, NY – Sophomore Sarah Ferguson won the Pole Vault competition as she led a group of six vaulters into the top 12 spots in the final standings for the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Track and Field team Saturday on the second day of the Brockport Multi and Invitational meet.
Ferguson recorded a season-best mark of 4.15 meters (13' 7") to place first overall and freshman Karis Kraf was second for the Redhawks with a personal best mark of 3.90 meters (12' 9").
Freshman Sarah Ouellete was tied for fourth with fellow freshman Alexandria Robertson who each hit 3.60 meters (11' 9"). Freshman Molly Winger finished eighth with a personal best of 3.30 meters (10' 10") and sophomore Cory Seaburg was 12th with a season-high 3.15 meters (10' 4").
Freshman Alanna Daniel placed fourth in the 60-meter dash. She clocked an 8.33 time to advance to the finals and then raced to an 8.31 time in the finals.
Other top finishers for the Redhawks included sophomore Jessica Montemorano who took 6th in the 1000-meter race with a time of 3:45.56, graduate student Moriah Mills was sixth in the Shop Put with a mark of 11.52 meters (37' 9 ½").

Madelyn Rutledge was eighth in the Long Jump at 5.12 meters (16' 9 ¾"), junior
Gianna Tribotte was 10th in the 3K with a time of 11:27.09 and freshman
Zoe Maupin took 11th in the Mile with her time of 5:47.19. She finished second in the second heat of the race.
