PUEBLO, Colo. – Roberts Wesleyan University freshman
Thomas McConnelee earned All-American honors in a second event by finishing 11
th in the discus at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday at Colorado State University Pueblo on Friday night.
McConnelee, who was named the East Coast Conference Outdoor Track and Field Male Athlete of the Year on Friday, unleashed a throw of 53.07 meters (174-feet, 1 inch on his first throw) and finished up with tosses of 52.36m (171-9) and 52.33m (171-8).

McConnelee earned All-American honors on Thursday by finishing eighth in the hammer throw.
Defending national champion Brynn King, ECC champion Sarah Ferguson and freshman Karis Kraf will represent the Redhawks in the women's pole vault competition on Saturday afternoon.
