COLONIA, NJ – Senior Rachel Horner-Richardson is the reigning East Coast Conference (ECC) Women's Cross Country individual champion and is the unanimous choice by the head coaches of the conference schools as the 2025 ECC Preseason Runner of the Year. The senior is the top runner for the Redhawks who also secured the top spot in the annual ECC Preseason Poll.

Horner-Richardson had a great season for the Roberts team as she posted a second place finish in the ECC Championships as well as the NCAA Division II East Regional race.

The Redhawks are the top team in the ECC Preseason Poll with 63 points and seven first-place votes. Molloy (49 points) was second followed by Daemen (48), D'Youville (45), St. Thomas Aquinas (28), Queens (23), Staten Island (18) and the University of the District of Columbia (14).

 The season begins September 6 at Brockport and Roberts will host the annual Harry F. Anderson Invitational September 27.
