COLONIA, NJ – Senior Rachel Horner-Richardson was named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Runner of the Week after winning the annual Harry F. Anderson race over the weekend for the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Cross Country team.

In addition, freshman Emma Lipa was named the ECC Rookie of the Week and sophomore Paige Reeser was named to the ECC Weekly Honor Roll after finishing third in the weekend race.

Horner-Richardson was the overall winner of the Harry F. Anderson 5K race over the weekend at Roberts as she posted her second-fastest career 5K with a time of 18:11.0. She placed first in a crowded field of 183 runners.

Reeser clocked a 5K PR time of 18:18.3 and finished third overall. Her time helped the Redhawks to a second-place team finish with four runners in the top-20 overall. The PR time was nearly 30 seconds faster than her previous best from the 2024 ECC Championships.

Lipa was the final scoring runner for Roberts as she shaved a minute off her 5K PR with a time of 19:32.0 to place 28th overall.

The Redhawks will compete next at the Canisius University Alumni Classic event October 18 in Buffalo before the East Coast Conference (ECC) Championships the following weekend.
