OSWEGO, NY – Junior Sidney Simmons and senior Emma Dicob placed first and second in the diving events and freshman Skye Micklethwaite was the top finisher in the 200 backstroke to lead the Roberts Wesleyan University Women's Swimming and Diving team in a dual meet at Oswego Saturday afternoon.

The Lakers won the team scoring 164-114.

Simmons won both the 1-meter and the 3-meter diving events with scores of 232.15 and 236.25 while teammate Dicob was second in both events with her scores of 225.65 and 224.65.

Micklethwaite was first in the 200 backstroke with her time of 2:28.69.

Sophomore Cara Pillittieri was second in the 200 freestyle as she posted a time of 2:09.30 and freshman Teagan Lewis was second in both the 100 freestyle and the 200 IM races with times of 59.29 and 2:27.27.

The Redhawks will swim next on January 31 vs. Monroe Community College for senior day and the final prep event before the Metropolitan Conference Championships in February.
