Pole Vaulters Open Outdoor Season At Shippensburg

 SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Roberts Wesleyan University pole vaulters opened their spring season at the Keystone Challenge at Shippensburg University on Saturday.

Sophomores Kennedy Benjamins and Karis Kraf captured the top two spots among 10 competitors in in the women's field. Benjamins cleared 4 meters (13-feet, 1-inch) on her final attempt to secure first place while Kraf
had a successful clear at 3.85m (12-7) to finish second.

Sophomore Jordan Bryner finished second in the men's field. Bryner and Andrew Szeplaki of Kutztown both had a top height of 4.85m (15-10) but Szeplaki was awarded first place based on fewer misses.
