ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Roberts Wesleyan women's tennis ended their fall season with a 6-3 loss against LIU Post this evening at Midtown Athletic Club.

Alyssa Brault and Emily Brault earned the three points for the Redhawks as they teamed up to earn an 8-1 win over Laura Harwell and Meagan Byrne at third doubles. Brault then took fifth singles by defeating Harwell 6-3, 6-2 while Linhart edged Byrne at sixth singles, 8-4.

At fourth singles, Tiffany Hamdan dropped a back-and-forth match as she narrowly fell to the Pioneers' Heena Kewalramani 6-4, 4-6, 10-8.

Camilla Linhart also lost a competitive match at third singles as she nearly took play into a third set, falling 6-1, 7-5.

The loss puts Roberts Wesleyan at 6-7 overall and 2-5 in East Coast Conference action. The team will resume play on March 1 when they travel to take on Edinboro.
