MILLERSVILLE, Pa. (April 6, 2015) – Roberts Wesleyan picked up a decisive 8-1 win on the road this afternoon against Millersville.

The visiting Redhawks saw Klara Lang and Natalia Cardona win at first doubles against Millersville's Tori Davis and Kaylora Thompson, 8-4. The duo also won in singles action with Lang defeating Nicole Daacke, 6-0, 6-4 at second singles as Cardona downed Thompson at third singles 6-4, 6-2.

At third doubles, Tina Miller and Emily Linhart picked up the only shutout of the match as they blanked Samantha Brzenk and Brandi Wolgemuth, 8-0.

The lone loss for Roberts Wesleyan came at first singles as Fatima Ouattara fell to Davis in a hard fought match, ending with a score of 6-2, 5-7, 10-7.

The win puts Roberts Wesleyan's overall record at 9-8 on the year as they look to extend their three-match winning streak tomorrow when they visit West Chester.
