Box Score HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The Roberts Wesleyan University men's volleyball team swept to a three-set victory over Houghton in a matchup of first-year programs on Saturday. Scores were 25-12, 25-12, 25-18.
Freshman Paul Fillion led the Redhawks (4-4) with eight kills and a .538 hitting percentage and freshman Griffin Monrad added seven kills and three service aces.
Junior Jonah Grbic contributed four kills and three aces and freshman Kaidan Krchniak added six kills.
Sophomore Riley Green set for 19 assists and junior Moises Jimenez led Roberts with eight digs.
The Redhawks return to action on Saturday, Feb. 10 for two matches at Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Ky.
