ROCHESTER, NY – Juniors Paul Fillion and Griffin Monrad from the Roberts Wesleyan University Men's Volleyball team have been honored by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Association with selection to the Academic All-District team in the At-Large category of selections.

Fillion and Monrad led the Redhawks to an impressive 20-win season that included the East Coast Conference (ECC) regular season and championship tournament titles.

Fillion, a Homeland Security and Applied Intelligence major from Greece, NY, was a team captain and was fourth on the team with 188 kills.

Monrad, a Mathematics major from Webster, NY who also competes for the Roberts E-Sports team, finished fifth on the team with 12 service aces.

Each member of the All-District team was required to achieve at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and appear in at least 90 percent of the team's game or start at least 66 percent of the contests.
