WORCHESTER, Mass. – Roberts Wesleyan men's tennis got back into the win column Sunday afternoon with a 6-3 triumph over Assumption.

Rene Torti won the deciding point at fourth singles as he cruised to a 6-1, 6-2 win over the Greyhounds' Reb Mariano.

Jose Lopez Tapia, and
Jose Maria Carrillo were all double-winners for Roberts Wesleyan, who improved to 10-10 overall.

Robert Beer before edging Chris Waung 6-4, 6-4 at first singles.

At third singles, Tapia won a hard-fought match against Macro Leung 6-7, 6-0, 6-4 as Carrillo won at fifth singles 6-1, 6-2 over Casey Hodor.

The Redhawks step back into East Coast Conference action this week as they host NYIT on Friday with match time slated for 4 p.m.
