The women's tennis team improved their season record to 2-1 after they defeated The College at Brockport on Thursday afternoon, 7-2.
 
Current ECC Women's Tennis Player of the Week, Alyssa Brault continued her win streak as she won No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-1 and teamed up with Marine Kennel to win at No. 3 doubles 8-1. Kennel also went on to win her singles match 6-0, 6-0 against Brockport's Faith Montgomery.
 
Sophomore Tiffany Hamdan also won both her matches winning in No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-1 and in No. 2 doubles with partner Salome Darsalia, 8-1.
 
"I am pleased with the energy and performance of the team so far this season," head coach Rebecca Bonner said. "I am especially impressed with Tiffany Hamdan who has taken off with the number two position this year at 3-0 and is a very tough competitor. We are all looking forward to the matches this weekend."
 
Roberts Wesleyan will head to Kutztown, Pa. this weekend for a matchup against Kutztown University on Saturday.
