GREENSBORO, NC – Sophomore Landon Brouwer had another great week for the Roberts Wesleyan University Men's Volleyball team and has been named the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Player of the Week for Men's Volleyball.
Brouwer was also named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Setter of the Week for the fifth time this season.
Brouwer had a pair of 40+ assist matches last week as the Redhawks traveled to Brooklyn to face LIU-Brooklyn. The sophomore registered 44 assists with a team-leading 12 digs in the opener and added 49 assists and another nine digs in the second match against the Sharks.
The sophomore is ranked among the national leaders in both assists and aces and leads the ECC standings in both categories this season.
