Howard Allen gradutated with a Business Administration degree. From Kingston, Jamaica, Allen played forward for the Men's Soccer team and was a competitive short-distance runner. In 1991, he set personal bests by coming in second for the 50m at 6.1 seconds, first in the 55m at 6.1 seconds, and second in the 60 m at 7.3 seconds.
