Kendra Zaffuto’s performance on the track and the trails was undeniable, earning prestigious accolades such as the NCCAA and NAIA All-American honors both Academically and Athletically. In 2012 at the NAIA Nationals, Zaffuto placed eighth in the 1,000-meter run and broke her own program record in event qualifying with a time of 2:57.34.  She was part of the 4x800 relay team that shattered the school record with a time of 9:42.86. Her stellar career was punctuated when, as a senior, she became Roberts Wesleyan University’s first Capital One Academic All-America® College Division Women's Cross Country and Track and Field First Team and the Roberts Senior Female Athlete of the Year.
